I have been a customer for a couple years at this location, the crews are always friendly and very professional. The pit crew this weekend has been slammed as I have driven by several times on my travels. I was able to sneak in on Saturday with no line since the rain stopped. As always they have been professional and quick, they were also very knowledgeable and always honest. They work smoothly as a team and get my servicing done efficiently. Thanks again Take 5 I will be back.

Colt and Ariel were friendly and thorough. I got an oil change, AC filter change, and tire air. I got my vehicle in 2018 and have been going to Take 5 for years, but this was the FIRST location where they even checked my AC filter. I didn’t even know it was an option. It was disgusting!! They replaced it at a discount. I got the Mobil full synthetic high mileage because my car is over 100000 miles, plus the new AC filter. Cost me $166.27 with a $25 off coupon. Great service.

Everyone that helped me did an amazing job! They were all very friendly and quick. I believe the assistant manager helped me throughout the whole process, and then towards the end the manager came out and helped his Employees finish up. Other places I've been have done bare minimum but they went above and beyond! Showing me everything, explaining, and telling me what to expect before they did anything. Great service and I'll definitely come back when another oil change is needed. :)

I love this company for its super fast and friendly service. They let u stay in your vehicle so u see what they are doing . they offer you a military discount. They recheck oil levels and have u see the dip stick reading and the clean oil.. for price of oil change u can return in 3000 miles for a checkup of all levels and tire pressure check for free. Very professional and super quick highly recommend

I will only take my vehicle to Take 5, And lucky for me that I live only a few blocks away from this location. The service technicians are great, and the customer service is always amazing. What I like specifically is that they always are not only quick, but very thorough about taking a look at my vehicle and going over everything with me. I leave feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Just got my last oil change done yesterday and Colt, Donald and Ben worked on my vehicle and they were great! If you want to make sure your car is in good hands and is worked on well, definitely stop by Take 5 on Nacogdoches Rd. and you won’t be disappointed.
