I had my oil changed yesterday at this location for the first time, and I was truly impressed. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. Every question I asked was answered clearly and confidently.
My visit was very professional. I had a bad experience 6 years ago at this same location. Saturday I battled with giving them a second chance. From the time I ran over the bell, I was greeted, asked what I needed and was asked to line up. Ro and Angel were the technicians. They explained everything to me about the oil change, cabin & oil filters, ( which were very old & extremely filthy). They topped off the fluids and check the air in my tires. I was extremely satisfied with the total experience. I will use them as my regular oil change facility.
Excellent experience from start to finish. I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance, and I was very satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent: the staff was friendly, respectful, and always willing to answer any questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently, using high-quality products and clearly explaining what maintenance was being performed on the car and why it was necessary. It's clear that they are experienced professionals who are committed to their work. This is definitely a workshop you can trust. I highly recommend this place for oil changes and general maintenance. I will definitely return for future services.

Check engine light came on. Onstar said it was coolant related. I drove to Take 5 to check my coolant and engine codes. They did both, advised me and serviced the air in my tires. I left with peace of mind and since I already had an appointment with GM, I continued on my trip. They didn't charge me for their help and were very professional. I will be a customer for life.
