Oil Change in San Antonio, TX at Take 5 #639

I have been to multiple Take 5 Oil change locations and this is the only one to actually complete the oil change in the advertised 15minutes. Tyson is always so kind and explains the services in “layman’s terms”, which I appreciate. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent and honest recommendations without just trying to sell you everything. Even at 7:30 am on a cloudy rainy day, he was happy, friendly and courteous. He treats his employees with respect and was very nice to my children in the car. He makes what can be perceived as a “car chore” a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location!

Had a pleasant experience on Friday morning. Went for an oil change and the guy discussed my radiator fluids. Showed me that I was low and looked like it had turned to water. I was honest and asked the guy if he was just blowing smoke to get a sale and he said “no ma’am, your fluid is not good and if I were you, I’d get it done so you don’t overheat.” Granted, I have never had the flush before so went with it and over 50k miles. It’s an older vehicle. Super quick and was back on the road after 20 minutes.

I showed up 20 mins til close. And because I hated it when customers would come in right before close, I always ask if it would be better to come in the next day. The guys at the Take 5 on Nachadoches and 1604 would not have it. They insisted that I stay and they did a full service oil change. The customer service reminds of days long ago when the customer was cared about more than the money you make.

I had a great experience at the Take 5 on Nacogdoches Rd. Bernard greeted me with professionalism and took time to listen to what I needed for my daughter’s vehicle. Safety is my top priority, and he walked me through the options and helped me select the best service package to keep her car running safely and reliably. I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was during the entire process.

Take 5 on 16402 Nacogdoches Road has an amazing staff. I would like to thank Tyson for being so helpful. He does not only help with the oil change but also answers any questions you have on your vehicle. He is very knowledgeable with his job. He goes about and beyond to answer all questions you have. He also found us a coupon to save money. He did not try to up sale us on anything. With this visit I feel he was totally honest with us. I recommend going to Take 5 and asking for Tyson.
