The only complaint I have is that I needed a cabin air filter. They did not have one for my vehicle, the cost would have been $53 installed. I went to a parts store and found the exact brand take 5 uses and got the filter for $10 no taxes and I easily installed it myself. That was a terrible revelation of being over charged for a service...
courteous quick and thorough, gave me a bottle of water and called me when my filter was in to get that replaced as well. ..kept me informed and explained everything my new go to for regular maintenence issues
This was my first experience w/this particular Take 5 location on Mayfield Rd in South Euclid. This location has not only polite and professional techs..they made me feel comfortable in what they were doing. Watching them interact with each other and with my son because he had a lot of questions about working for the company. They were patience and answered his questions all while handling their business. I recommend this place and give them more stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

It was busy but the wait wasn't too long, the staff was professional and friendly. Once it was my turn I was out in 15 minutes. Will definitely go back and if you feel its to expensive a discount from Groupon helps a lot with that.
