Oil Change in Mayfield Heights, Ohio at Take 5 #129

The Mayfield Take 5 is amazing! ! Willoughby Take 5 did a coolant exchange on my car and must have not put the radiator cap back on properly and it ended up popping off from the pressure and coolant literally went all over my engine and it was smoking. So scary!! That wasn't the first time I had a problem with Willoughby messing something up. I was in Mayfield when the cap popped off and most of my coolant spilled out. Getting there was very hard with the amount of traffic and my car on the verge of over heating quickly due to the lack of coolant. I finally got myself over there but in the parking lot next to them. Let me tell you the help I received was amazing!! The employees were great!! They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were safe. The manager Brad there was an absolute blessing!! He fixed what Willoughby caused and went out of his way to clean my engine so it wasn't smoking anymore and watched to make sure the radiator was working properly before I left. I hope the three people that I encounter today get a bonus or a pay raise for their commitment to this company to fix another locations mistake. They are the reason that I will come back, but only to this location now. The compassion and kindness, that's rare to find.

Wow! Super fast, super informative, super nice, i found my oil change place!! The money is worth it. 150$ for oil change,2 new air filters, all my fluids, and some free education on my car. I believe the fella who helped me directly was Mathew, he should get a raise.

Elijah and Deylan did such a great job! Thank you so much for being kind. Offered water, filled my tires with air, filled my wiper fluid, tightened things up, removed loose pieces. 10/10 service

The guys here work well as a team and do a thorough professional job making sure everything is done correctly. Dalvin was awesome and explained in detail every oil change option. They all provided a fantastic service, had patience and were customer service oriented. I recommend this place to anyone needing an oil change along with their other services. They were patient, caring, and had an above average way in the service they provided. This was a team that intentionally took care in how they provided service, highly recommend this place can't say that enough. Its not easy to find high integrity maintenance you can trust. Great experience overall, quick oil change in the rain. All of the guys were very knowledgeable and kind. I got my cabin air filters replaced as well, and they were very careful with my Jeep (because most take 5 locations dont know about the hood latches and they just drop it 😭)
