The young men are EXCEPTIONAL! !!
I received a oil change and Zack was very professional and patient I was on the phone as us women be talking I can say him and his Co worker with the good hair (lol) was quick and efficient although Zack let me know I needed a new filter and showed me while explaining the price but they didn’t have one for my Car. Zack assured me they could order it he went and wrote it down and said I could come back by Saturday and the filter would be in I was impressed with his well mannered Service. So shout out to Zack and his co worker with the good hairs . I was Satisfied and they deserve the compliment as they did a great job working and representing this location. A satisfied customer Dee aka Icand…… keep smiling cause it looks good on you!!!!!! We must build our ppl up guys……
They were short some workers so, it took over an hour of waiting in line. They took about 30 minutes per car. It costed me about $120 and took 30 minutes to get the oil changed. There were no other complications. They need to rename it "30 Minute Oil Change". I still didn't remove any stars from the rating, because one of the workers came outside and handed out bottles of water to the 10 cars that were waiting to get serviced. another reason that I didn't take away any stars is that even though it took about 2 hours in all to get this done, it still saved me from the added damage that many automotive shops do to our cars in order to make themselves more money. I'd rather pay a set amount here than to roll the dices of destruction by going to an automotive shop.
I always go there but had a little bit of a wait to get in this time. They are always courteous, professional and knowledgeable so it makes up for that.
I had a very nice experience they took me right in and because I'm hard of hearing they repeat it things they had said for me very nicely and clearly the service was very quick and they also told me about the air conditioning service that they had that I will try to get done next week and they said that was fine I will be back.
