Great job with the staff at Lee road Take 5 in cleveland hts. They assisted in helping me getting new windshield wipers,oil change and air filter ill be back filled up wiper fluid ,air in my tires , coolant and was given a water bottle to quench my thirst .SUPERB JOB MANAGER AND STAFF 💪🏿✔️👏🏿
Always a fast, friendly experience. The free water is nice, and this time I got a surprise windshield washing. It’s helpful that they offer some basic add-ons, coolant flushing and whatnot, but you’re paying big for that convenience.
The Cleveland Heights, Lee Road Take 5 location is the best when you need an oil change. Tahmir (my tech) and Nathan (manager) take very good care of the customers. Tahmir does a great job of explaining everything and is NOT pushy if you decline things like buying a filter. He is so thorough and efficient and he's a great conversationalist. Nathan was busy with another customer but made it a point to speak to me before I left to make sure I was happy with my service.
The young men were very efficient in doing my oil change. They changed my oil filter and my cabin filter. He even informed me of other things I need to get serviced that I was never told about. The price was very reasonable. Great job. I'll definitely be back.👍🏾
I waited about 45 mintues ;( kind of annoyed me but they were super busy and doing their best, they offered me water, sucks there was no public bathroom, had to pee pretty bad, but both guys were really cool and informative. Yes i would come again.
