The staff at the Lakewood location are always thorough, kind and informative. They don’t try to upsell and are always more than willing to explain the work they are doing. This is a well run spot - they give bottled water each time you come in and will top off your fluids or put air in your tire between oil changes at no cost. Great service.
This place deserves more than 5 stars! .. David and his crew are Awesome!.. Friendly and Professional Staff. It was my first time coming to this location, and I will continue bringing my vehicles at this location. They really know what they are doing, and provide helpful information. You want top of the line customer service, I definitely recommend you to visit this location. Trust me, its well worth it.
Always a predictively good experience. The guys there are motivated, well trained, and professional. They happily answer all questions and make sure that you’re satisfied with your experience and encourage you to come back.
In the last three months I had a coolant flush & oil change at two local Take 5 shops. Both were staffed with professionals that offered unsolicited suggestions to save money on my car maintenance. They topped off fluids & didn’t treat me like being female made me ignorant about cars.
Got my oil done and even tho I needed a couple other things that were well overdue done as well they tried to help get me the best deal possible and informed me on how to get coupons for my next visit and answered questions I probably should know already lol, very sweet and helpful crew, amazing managers. Not the closest to my house but the only one I will got to for all those reasons
