Oil Change in Lakewood, Ohio at Take 5 #127

These guys helped me in a pretty rough situation. I usually change my own oil. But a few weeks ago I did an oil change and made a huge mistake and ended up leaking oil out of my car. So I brought the car to them. They were able to quickly figure out the probelm and solve it right away. They were also very good at educating me about the situation. Very cool and professional. I might be bringing my car here from now on because I'm running out of time and patience to do oil changes myself. At any rate, I'd highly recommend this location.

This place was so amazing. Stephen, David, Devin, and Emmett had me in and out of there in what felt like 5 minutes. They all worked together to put out a profomance of a pit crew on a speedway racetrack. For as of the bad reviews that they have gotten like "hidden fees for oil disposal " they have to pay for that. It's your car you should have to pay for that. Also if you check their web site you can see if they are busy or not. So you can limit your wait time. These guys work had to give you service and like I said they do an amazing job. Thank you again for what you guys do. Another thing they do this for a low amount for all they do.

THE STAFF WAS VERY WELL KNOWLEDGED. AMINA CHANGED THE OIL IN MY CAR, SHE WAS QUICK AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT HER JOB. I ALSO WANT TO SHOUT OUT JAKE WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HE EDUCATED ME On A FEW THINGS ABOUT MY VEHICLE AND MADE SURE I REMEBERED TO RETURN FOR A TOP OFF IN A FEW MONTHS. Well I was sadly informed they couldn’t do an oil change on my Fiat. The filter is in a bad location. I did get it changed at Midas but it cost a ton because this stupid car runs on expensive European synthetic oil. So instead of $39 it was $114. But the 5 guys were cool they heard my check engine light was on perhaps because the coolant was low. So they filled all my fluids for free and I gave him a $5 tip. I would go back if they could change my oil.
