I had the best experience there! Alex, Marvi and a Michael were awesome! They were detailed, had GREAT ATTITUDES, washed my windows, lubricated my door hinges, checked my battery and tire pressure, and topped off my service with an air freshener. On top of everything, my oil and air filter change was fast and they made me feel welcomed! Great job guys! I'll be back in 3,000 miles!
I’d never used Take5 before and always went to the dealership for service. This was a much better alternative! No appointment, no wait time on a Saturday afternoon, and great service by a really well-coordinated team. Special shoutout to Zay who walked me through all the options, and was never a hard sell (though I did go with the cost-effective premium services and oil). Oil change, filters replaced, tires and fluids checked, all in about 20 minutes. One of my best decisions in recent memory, and I’ll be back. 5 stars, easily
I just want to say how refreshing it is to be taken care of by such informed and very polite workers. Taryn runs a very well oiled shop. Pun intended ! Starting with a cold bottle of water, before I could even ask. I truly was concerned my muffler was falling off, but they did a quick inspection and put my mind at ease. But didn't inform me that I would need to get it taken care of.
Where do I begin? The employees were beyond amazing, and I truly had a full service experience with my windshield cleaned, tires checked, and the whole works. My hood wouldn't open all the way, but Taryn knew exactly what to do, and she fixed the issue. You can tell that everyone enjoys what they do, and they truly go the extra mile. Good job, Take 5 @ W. 150th! You guys rock.😉
The technician who replaced my oil filters suggested l should travel more to keep water from getting in my filters. When they replaced my cabin filter, they discovered a mouse nest (RIP mouse)! And spent a lot of time trying to clean it out! They even had me come in the next day to do a better job with the proper tools to pull out the rest of the debris!
