I was so thankful I stopped into take 5 for excellent service, I always get great service at take 5, but this team went out of their way to make sure my tires were aired up, wiped my windshields and filled my wiper fluid up all while being friendly and even giving me a bottle of water to drink! I will return specifically to this location for all of my future oil changes. Shout out to the Take 5 auto on center ridge road in Rocky river they rule i lost my receipt I wanted to thank them all by name!
The team there is outstanding! They gave positive attitudes and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They give fast and thorough service which is appreciated when other locations take a very long time. Everyone on W. 150th hustles… they do not lack. Thank you for not taking our time for granted!
I recently visited the Take Five Oil Change location in Rocky River, Ohio on Center Ridge Road and had a fantastic experience. The two women technicians who worked on my vehicle were exceptionally thorough and courteous. They handled my oil change and fluid top-offs with care, taking the time to ensure everything was properly done. They were polite, professional, and attentive, and their thorough approach made the visit smooth and worry-free. I would highly recommend this location based on their excellent service and my overall positive experience.
The visit was quick. There is a lot of upselling as you can expect but they were very respectful about it. It was not pushy and they were very respectful. They did forget to show me how to reset my oil light but a quick google search did the trick. I am a regular customer and will continue to be one.
The employees were so wonderful! Not only were they kind and knowledgeable, but they were also down to earth. We had a storm role in right as I pulled into the building and still diligently worked as this raging storm rolled through. Thank you so much for all your great work!
