The shop I went to on HWY 100 in Milwaukee was awesome. The person that helped me was Yvette and I don't know the manager's name but SHE was awesome, too. I smiled the whole time I was there because everyone worked so well together and they all seemed like they enjoyed doing what they do. It was a wonderful experience that left a smile on my face and great customer service is rare these days. Kudos to the whole team there.

Excellent service at this Take 5! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement, and the technician was very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He even took the time to fix a preexisting issue with my glove compartment while completing the filter change, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about customer service and quality work. If you’re looking for reliable auto maintenance, cabin air filter replacement, or general vehicle service, I highly recommend this location.

Been here multiple times over the years, the crew here on hwy 100 is always fast, very detailed, very thorough on what's going on under the hood. Very polite, have good sense of humor if you want to strike up a conversation while you wait. Have absolutely no problems coming back anytime of the year. Very reasonable pricing considering your not doing it yourself, you dont have to dispose of the oil when you are done, and best part, rain, snow or sunshine, they are there in the dry to get things done.

Waited about 30-45 minutes for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. I probably would've left to run errands and come back if there was any sort of indication of how long the wait would be, but I wasn't in a rush, so I just stayed. There were about 6 cars ahead of me, so I can't complain about the wait time. Staff came out to the cars in line and gave us water bottles and got some info to expedite the process. A friendly team of 3 women changed my oil quickly and communicated well with each other and with me throughout the service. They showed me my air filter (this was the first time ever that I was told it did NOT need replaced), filled my tires and helped reset my oil life reminder. Overall, a very good experience.

So, Google lists them as doing emissions tests when I pulled in, a super friendly employee said they no longer do those and they have trying to get Google to change the listing. He offered me a water and told me of a great spot near by for a test. So nice and customer service at it's finest. Found my new spot for oil changes
