Edit 2026: took a new (to me) car in for an oil change, everyone was super helpful as always! Even didn't make me feel stupid (even though *I* sure felt stupid) for not knowing certain things about my car. Also happy to see female staff. I have been coming here for years and have never had bad service here. Prices are reasonable and they seem very thorough. I never feel "upsold" inappropriately. Will continue to come here!
Amazing service! Alex was incredibly kind, polite, and understanding. My 16-year-old daughter took her car in today for an oil change — her very first time — and she was completely unsure of what to do. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and Alex went above and beyond by taking the time to show her the process and explain everything clearly. It made her feel comfortable and confident. Truly outstanding service and professionalism!
Both of the gentlemen that took care of me were very friendly and personable! Very knowledgeable of my car. Explained things as they went along with the oil change and all the extra top offs. Will definitely be back! Thanks guys!
The employees at the new Berlin location take five were really kind and quick. Educated me on the current state of my filter and what it means to have it refreshed and how often. Offered me a bottle of water and cleaned my windows while another employee was wrapping up. I’ve gone to this location in the past and it’s always been a pleasant experience.
I had a bad experience at a previous location, so I figured I'd try once more. These guys were great. A complete 180 from the 1st experience. Great job guys and thanks for the exceptional service.
