I went to have an oil change because my car was suggesting it and when I got there the service guy was honest and told me that I did not need one because I only had driven 1200 miles so they checked my other fluids and my tires and I was well on my way I like honest people and I will be back when my car is really due for an oil change.
The service was quick. . Employees was welcoming. But the coupon situation will stop me from going back. I was told they couldn’t scan my $25 off coupon and that’s been a problem for a while at the location. So why not asked the customers how are they paying before service. What if i only brought so much money because i spoke to someone in corporate before arriving and they sent me a coupon. The employee did offer me $7 off
The gentlemen at Take 5 changed my oil quickly once I was in the bay. It was a freezing cold day but everyone was working really hard at their jobs. They didn’t try to upsell or pressure me on anything that I didn’t need which as a woman is reason enough to stop back next time I need an oil change. Prices seemed reasonable/competitive too. Nice guys, got everything taken care of, even washed the windshield! Thanks so much!
