I had a great experience getting my oil change. The team worked really well together, and everything ran smoothly even though they were clearly busy. Charlie and Zack (though, his shirt said “Mike”) did an excellent job explaining everything they were doing, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. I was especially impressed by how calm and professional they stayed under pressure. Overall, a very positive experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

They opened promptly at 7 a.m., which I really appreciated, and they even remembered me from when I called the day before. That level of attention and customer service made me feel valued right away. Jo was very professional and welcoming, and Scott was efficient and thorough while working on my vehicle. The whole process was quick, smooth, and pleasant. I definitely recommend stopping by if you want friendly service and a team that truly pays attention to their customers.

The assistant manager and manager were both incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — exactly the kind of people you hope to encounter when bringing in your vehicle. The assistant manager took his time to explain things to us and was just overall a very pleasant and genuine person.

I visited Take 5 on 29 for an oil change . Through the whole service they communicated in a way that made me feel relaxed and that everything would be taken care of. They also made sure I knew everything they offered and what they would be doing with the oil change. Everyone was polite and respectful through the service. I highly recommend them for your oil change or any other services.

During my oil change I was given the best customer service. During my time there a huge guatnof wind came through the bay causing the computer screen to fall backwards off the stand, down the stairs. The Mgr Jo was mortified. He immediately went down to make sure nobody was hurt & recover the computer. I felt terrible for him & wanted to make sure he was commended on his professionalism.
