Oil Change in Harrisonburg VA 22801 - Take 5 #1038

Huge shoutout to Emanuel or Tarzan as they call him, and Richard at Take 5 Oil Change! They went above and beyond taking care of my car. Not only was the oil change quick and easy, but they also checked my coolant and air filter to make sure everything was in great shape before I finish my journey.

Very well trained staff. Very accommodating. Not pushy. The service is fairly priced. The technicians, who remember are likely minimum wage, will be as nice to you as you are to them. They are following their bosses' instructions. The national headquarters, likely dictated to by by a larger conglomerate, won't pay them enough to guarantee your service will be top notch but with merely a little kindness, just an iota of empathy for your fellow human, that's what you can get! I don't expect perfection but I'm a satisfied customer for 5+ years now. Oh, and I take advantage of the free fluid top-offs in multiple states.

Came here for the first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I got into line and waited for the vehicles ahead of me to be serviced. While waiting, I’m assuming it was the manager, brought my wife and I waters and my daughter a capri sun. He was very professional and respectful when he spoke to me and I know we were in good hands. Once we made it into bay 1, the manager asked us if he could give hood training to 2 new hires, which we obliged, but appreciated that he asked. As he showed his trainees the ropes he maintained professionalism, respect, and genuine care for me (the customer). The service was great, topped off all of my fluids, tires, changed my oil, and washed my windshield. The only negative was that we were there for over an hour but they were quite busy so not the biggest issue. I will be back.

I stopped by take 5 for the first time and I’m really glad I did! I usually go to the dealership for oil changes. I haven’t been happy with the service I’ve been getting recently so my friend suggested take 5. I’m happy to say that take 5 exceeded my expectations. I not only liked the connivence of the fast service but the customer service was amazing. They even caught a mistake that the dealership made previously. I can honestly say that I will not be going back to the dealership for oil changes any time soon!

God bless this crew! ✝️ Came in and got everything I needed ✨️ They even ran over to autozone for me to get what I needed. Replaced things that the last place I went to messed up for free. I mean seriously as a woman I always worry about getting scammed but they talked to me about my best and cheapest options which were above and beyond what I could've gotten elsewhere.
