Oil Change in Charlottesville VA 22911 - Take 5 #1193

Quick and fair! I neglected my maintenance for my car and the guys there were some helpful to get me back on track and explaining the importance to keep up with my maintenance for my car. While I wait they tooked good care of me and my car! They gave me recommendations for my car care without and pressure and saved me money. Also, I appreciated them giving back to the community as well. Thank you! I trust them with my car and I know it will be better on my behalf when I continue to put whats important first. My baby driving smooth and now I dont have to keep stressing.

This was my first time here. I was very impressed by the service I was provided . When I first arrived in line they bought me a bottle of water and told me to stay cool. Second the manager came over and saw me in my work attire and asked was I in healthcare. I told him yes that I work at UVA Health so he told me I get a discount which was the best news I had all day. The crew answered all questions I had and also kept me well entertained while watching them work. I’m new to the area so this will be my go to from now on and less than 5 minutes from home. Will definitely return and recommend.

This was my first visit to Take 5 and was easily the best oil change experience I’ve ever had! !!! I arrived as soon as they opened, and Alex and Jackson were already ready to work with the store fully open (that never happens!!!). They were chipper, conversational, and gave me a very personalized experience. I was immediately greeted with a bottle of water and a “good morning!” I only came in for an oil change, but I got a full free check and top off on all my fluids and filters. The work was extremely thorough, and Jackson really took the time to walk me through my options, their recommendations, and the answers to my questions. These two men were so eager to help and obviously wanted to see me leave feeling happy. You truly don’t see service like that very often. Great people and great place. Found my new favorite quick service spot!!!

You’ve got my business Take 5! I went in yesterday for an oil change. I was told that the plastic filter fitting** was over tightened by a Valvoline where I’d gone previously. They told me that they knew they couldn’t remove it without cracking it and they didn’t have a replacement. They told me I could get a replacement cover and recommended a better type and told me I could bring that back and they’d even cover the cost.

I would give the Team here 10 stars if I could! We drove up on a Friday afternoon... rolled right in and was treated great with friendly chatter and great laughs! Fantastic Team that works well together and gets the job done. In and out in barely 10 minutes. Gold Star Team!!
