Let’s start with the best oil change shop I have ever been to. Have been approached by every worker with kindness. Everybody seems to be in a great mood. Would like to say that have been to 12th st shop and it is the complete opposite. Everytime I have been to that one they have tried to oversell or give assumptions about my vehicle that were untrue. Recently on march 5th I took my car in for a basic oil change. Nothing else. The service was great. But they did tell me that my coolant was low and it had oil mixture in it. Came to the south Ogden location next day because I had a coolant exchange done. They had me leaving with a peace of mind. Telling me everything looks great and I have nothing to worry about. Will not be going back to 12th st location and was disappointed with how I was treated.
These guys have been so helpful. I usually stay away from this type of business cause I’ve had bad experiences with other companies, but this is my third year coming back to them. I have a head injury and so things are hard for me, but these guys work with me and don’t make me feel like an inconvenience. They’re just really are the best
Excellent service. Fast and Friendly staff. I did not feel rushed. Staff went above and beyond what was expected in a normal oil change. Staff identified a couple of potential maintenance problemst vehicle might have in the future. My wife and I take all of our vehicles to Take 5, and have always had 5 star service.
Great service I didn’t get the guys name but he seemed to be the manager he was wearing clear glasses and earrings. He was really nice. He gave me a quote for my truck. It was a little high for me because i usually change it myself. It’s hard to justify such a high price when i only pay 30 bucks when i change it myself i told him that then he proceeded to offer a 25% discount and i still said no and then he gave me a 50%. Thanks for the good service
The guys at Take 5 are very quick, polite and professional. I was there on a Fri for an oil change and while they were busy I was out in 20 minutes. They don't upsell, but were polite in bringing my cars needs to my attention. I have been going to Take 5 for 4 years now.
