I recently stopped for a oil change and the Assistant Manager Ben checked my oil and informed me that my vehicles oil was very clean and full, so I didn't need an oil change yet! Ben saved me over $100 and went above and beyond to make sure all of my routine vehicle maintenance needs were taken care of. They NEVER fail to impress me. I highly recommend Take 5 as your #1 oil change stop! 💪🤩
Always a great experience at Take 5! They really go above and beyond! Katie helped with the oil change and had a great attitude and was wonderful to interact with. Lance runs a great crew and wants to make sure everyone is doing their best and the customers are all happy. Ricci was knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated all his knowledge and great work!
Service was good . 5 stars for friendliness . Was quite unpleasantly surprised at how expensive it was . I paid 115 in total . That was an oil change plus an air filter change . My cars maintenance required symbol pops up when it’s due for an oil change . It did not turn off after my oil change was done . I had to drive it out of my way to the dealership so they could reset it . Also have a new oil leak that wasn’t there before that the dealership is helping me fix . I won’t be back .
I got an oil change done here. There was about a 30 minute wait but they let me know in advance and gave me a water bottle. Staff were friendly and in good spirits. The price was less than I expected (I brought my own oil and filter which I would recommend as I got decent quality oil for 75% of the price of their cheapest oil). When I called they quoted me around $60 for the oil change service but it ended up being only $48 with tax.
I was very impressed with Take 5. From speaking to the manager on the phone until my first visit. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They explained every step of what they were doing, what was low, what needed to be changed or what could wait until next time. I particular love their policy of being able to come in and having my fluids topped off. This place is great and the staff is absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you guys for a fantastic job!
