This location on 12th street is absolutely awesome! From the moment I pulled in, I was directed to the empty 3rd bay by Blue! I was offered bottle of water! I explained what I wanted done, a ticket was written! They didn't have my oil filter, explained that it would take about 10 minutes extra! It was there in 5! From Dakota, Robert, Robert mgr., and Blue my SUV was taken the best care of!! I'm very grateful for this team, the exceptional care of my SUV and myself! I highly recommend the location! Take 5 always makes me feel my vehicle is safe!! I highly recommend this location! They are definitely holding up the Take 5 reputation!! Absolutely the BEST!✌🏻
It was my first time there, and I'm seeing how much I learned and how friendly and it sweet. The person was that helped me like she was awesome. I probably drove her crazy, but she was awesome, and I wish I could remember her name she helped me with my windshield in the back because I'm coming back for a windshield wiper. white , but I think it was beautiful teamwork. Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. As soon as I pulled in, they offered me a water bottle, which was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly, thorough, and communicated everything step-by-step so I always knew what was going on.
I went there for a emissions test the service I got was very professional and very outstanding the young lady who did my test was very good they explained everything to me and explained why I had failed the emissions test and told me what I had to do I got that taken care of came back and it was just in and out it was an excellent experience very courteous people very professional thank you
