Mark is the new manger for 5 min old change and he is determined to keep the shop where customer feel valued. I was here 4 months ago, and things were good. After taking my car to get work done on it, it was brought to my attention that the coolant had debris in it.. so, I spoke with Mark without hesitation he told me he would drain and redo what was done. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. WHY? I DIDNT HAVE TO JUMP THRU HOOPS JUST TO MAKE MY CASE. THANK YOU MARK FOR MAKING IT SEAMLESS. I WILL RETURN NEXT TIME I NEED AN OIL CHANGE.. THE WHOLE CREW WAS FANTASTIC.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS...
I was recently at the location in Rayford Rd. for an oil change on a car I recently purchased. The oil drain plug was stripped and required a lot of work. The team that helped me went wayyyyy above and beyond. Because the plug was so stripped they had to get a new one for me. This wasn't easy to find and they had to drive nearly 2 hours in traffic to get it and get back. The team was extremely nice and kept apologizing, but I should've been the one apologizing because they were doing me a favor. They kept on saying that they just wanted to make things right for me. I have never experienced this level of awesomeness while getting my oil changed. I was very very happy and would suggest anyone to come get their oil change done here.
The minute I drove up I was greeted and told to pull right into the bay. All of the young men were working efficiently to get my oil change done quickly. Zion assisted me and explained the differences in the oils. He also checked my air filter. Service here was top notch. I even used a coupon. I paid 93 for the 2nd tier oil.
Stopped by here to get a state inspection and that was the best experience I’ve ever had. The shop was extremely clean and everyone was professional, smiling and having a good time.
Hands down BEST LOCATION! !! Thank you to the staff for giving amazing service! I had a horrible experience at another location unfortunately but they rechecked everything redid my oil. Changed my blades/coolant/ cabin filter! Everything I feel more confident my vehicle was taken care of!
