4. 8. Fast and friendly service. There were 6 cars in front of us when we showed up about 15 mins till noon on a Saturday. My wife and I were going to leave because we didn’t want to wait and the manager saw us leaving and came over to talk to me and said that he could get us out in 30-45 mins.
The staff is always pleasant and take very good care of my vehicle needs. This time though I wasn't asked about my cabin filter (though I don't think I needed it) also tech forgot to ask me if I had a discount coupon.. I did but I forgot to tell him do I didn't get to use it. I asked teck to help remove the maintenance required light, which he did but then after that several functions stopped working..my auto doors stopped working and my settings button is not available so I have to figure out how to get it working again .
Experience was exceptional. The technician that did my inspection was very articulate checked all my fluids. My tire pressure took care of business and got me going in no time at all. Everyone around seem professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.
I have been to this location a number of times, but this last experience was the best… because of Alex. You could tell he had been working hard all day, and I was the last car of the day, I am never the person to show up 30 min before closing, I know people want to go home! Anyways, I recommend this place and Alex thank you for your amazing service!
