Jared and everyone else was super nice! When I rolled up I was offered a cold water and when I got to the bay Jared told me all the differences on the full synthetic oil and helped me understand the oil filter in my car as well as my air filter. He made sure I understood the dipstick as well. When it was time to use my coupon there was no problems! Overall a great experience and I didn't feel jipped
I was seen very quickly. The attendant explained that I still had over 8,000 miles remaining because of the type of oil that I use. The other location would have never told me that and they would not have seen me as quickly! I was just in the verge of leaving Take 5 all together.
I am very unhappy with the top off number rather than when oil change is due. Many people do not remember and they changed our oil anyway ignoring the odometer reading. What a scam!
