They made my visit for my raggedy Facebook Marketplace car a lot better than if I had gone somewhere else, I was able to laugh with Aliza about the situation rather than be stressed over it. Tabitha was super sweet and obviously runs the store super well because the energy of everyone there was great. Customer service was amazing and they got through the service quickly. Thanks again! ☺️
I always feel at home when I visit Take 5. Whether I’m back home five hours away or trying a new location after moving, I consistently feel taken care of. Julian was amazing, he helped me out, gave great advice, and explained everything clearly. It’s so nice to feel at home at Take 5, even when I’m five hours away.
Take 5 had professional service workers. They were short handed when I arrived and promptly let me know it would be a while before I was serviced. They diligently ensured you were serviced in the order you arrived so that it didn’t matter which line you were in. When I was being serviced, it didn’t take long. They pointed out that my engine filter could be replaced and wipers were getting worn. The oil type recommended was what I would have chosen considering I drive very few miles per year yet want synthetic. I was pleased with the process and will return next time I’m due.
The moment I drove up to my slot - the manager came running to greed me and gave me a water bottle - The manger and her staff were wonderful! They made me feel so special just taking care of my vehicle needs . The young employees are a great representation of “ hard young working individuals “
