Jacob and staff were amazing! ! They listened to my concern regarding my last oil change (elsewhere), they were very helpful in addressing my situation. I’ve been a Take5 customer for years and the one time I let someone else do my oil change, they messed it up. Thanks Take5 and staff for always being friendly and hospitable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service and friendly staff. They didn't know how to reset the oil life on my 2023 VW Jetta but to be fair, it took me several hours racking my brain, Reddit, youtube, VW manual with no luck then to stumble across the menu by accident.. thinking about stopping by just to show them for future clients. They checked everything and didn't try to upsale me on things.
I went for an oil change yesterday. Normally, it is a quick process, in and out. However, this one took 3 hours. Seems a previous employee had messed up big time. So big, they had to break off a part to get the oil filter taken out. But, Julia and V took excellent care of things along with the rest of the team, and they got the part replaced for me at no charge, and offered me a free oil change in the future for all of the trouble. I will absolutely be back, as I am very happy with the outcome. They were attentive and responsive during the entire process, and laid everything out straight, and taking responsibility for the (former) employee's mess up. All in all, very satisfied.
The crew was so nice friendly and welcoming. They were very professional and were able to track down the oil we needed. I tried out the de zavala location recently and they were awful. Gonna stick with Babcock for sure.
The service and professionalism provided here at the Babcock Rd location will never be forgotten! Julia the store manager and her Asst Manager SM are top tier ladies in this industry. They truly understood the assignment and made sure the job was corrected and thoroughly followed up. They communicated effectively, held the situation accountable, double checked their work and was willing to assist even if the situation was not at their fault.
