This business earned my return business the last time I did business with them it was 2:30 on Tuesday was In-N-Out in the jiffy Samuel and the crew were excellent very professional and knowledgeable and we're not trying to sell me every filter that goes in my car I really appreciate the fact that I don't have to hyper analyze everything they say or worried about being taken advantage of. Thank you guys & one green haired girl,it is the day after St Patty's Day it takes 3 days to get the green dye out of your hair.
Isiah and the rest of the Oil technicians were great. Greeted me with water. I had a short wait before service began. I was due for an oil change, but also near scheduled maintenance Differential and front gearbox oil check and Service, if needed. I have about 32,000 miles on the truck I tow with it. The rear differential looked a little dirty and had some shavings and the front gear box was a little low,, but wasn’t as dirty and didn’t have any shavings. However, since I used the 4 x 4, I had them change the oil out in those as well. They provided great customer service. would highly recommend this location.
The customer service there is absolutely insane it’s definitely top notch service talked me through all of my options gave me water let me know that my coolant reservoir has a crack in it and the condition of my oil and filter the guys were fun to talk to and seemed to work very seamlessly together super solid team 10/10 I left them a tip because of it it isn’t much but I’m glad I was able to support them a little for how much they did for me
I’ve been coming to this location for a few years (even after I moved almost across town) BUT the staff is always professional and friendly in comparison to other locations - so it’s worth the extra miles and time! !! This visit was with Jesse, who has only been there a couple of months, and it was great Customer Service he provided!!!
Take 5 always has great service, but this location in particular is Superb! Both Alijah and Isaiah have helped me and they are both so friendly, and professional. All the other mechanics are great too! Fantastic service!
