Oil Change in San Antonio, TX at Take 5 #172

They were so informative and thorough. I was amazed at the service I got at this place. I usually go to AutoZone, but after the service I got it Take Five I will never use another place. I never had to leave my vehicle and they greeted me with an ice cold bottle of water. Satisfied is an understatement. The gentleman that took care of me was young, but very professional. On top of it, I had a 50% off coupon no matter which oil change I picked out. Someone needs to give that manager a raise. He’s a good little dude.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I went to the Babcock/Hillcrest location for a state inspection. It was the last day of the month, and I saw all the bays had cars being serviced, so I knew I was going to have to wait a while. I could only be mad at myself because I had not taken care of my inspection sooner. However, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I don't know if it was regular practice of the staff to have one person designated for inspections, or if the location proactively anticipated an onslaught of inspections on the last day of the month, but this process was definitely appreciated by myself and the others that were there only for an inspection. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family.

As I pulled in, a friendly gentleman greeted me with a refreshing bottle of water. Despite the scorching heat, four hardworking gentlemen were diligently working together to complete the tasks. All the bays were full, but their teamwork and dedication shone through. I had my oil changed and cabin and engine filters replaced. Despite their rugged appearance, they exuded professionalism and excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend these guys for my next oil change.

I have been going to this location for close to two years and every time I go I get exceptional service, they get me in and out quickly, and they’re always friendly and professional. They are honest and do a good job and come highly recommend recommended

First time going to this shop for an oil change. I had already attempted to change my oil which included me removing the old oil but unfortunately could not remove the oil filter to proceed. I showed them the filter I was going to install and explained that I had already poured in the new oil and they were kind enough to only charge me roughly $3 or so to have the oil filter replaced and keep everything else as is. I greatly appreciate it and will definitely return to this location for an oil change when needed!
