The Take 5 location that I go to is at 2418 Lakeview Parkway inRowlett, Texas. The new manager that has taken over that location is an outstanding representative of Take 5. He’s focused on Customer Service. He’s extremely professional, genuine and is putting together a First Class team. They’re all focused on customer care, doing a great job and always smiling. What more can customer ask for?
Super nice people working here! Was in and out during my one hour lunch time! I had my Inspection, Oil Change, Wiper Blades, and Fluids topped off (windshield washer fluid, coolant, etc.). They weren't pushy at all with their recommendations for maintenance items needed. I'm a little knowledgeable with my vehicles so I knew what issues it had, and they were pretty aware with that which is nice so no "false" or "Upcharge" services were recommended! It's noticeable that they wanted to make things right and were concerned with the state of my vehicle! They deserve a raise!
When I pulled up there were 5 cars in front of me with only two guys working. I decided to stay because I thought I was going to have time to get some work done on my computer while waiting. That was not the case because my wait and oil change was complete before I could get anything done. I couldn't believe it. The guys were also very friendly, professional and fast. I'll always come back for service.
Great customer service provided by the Manager on duty GABRIEL and the employee ZAK . They were professional, courteous and pleasant. I loved the smile they had while interacting with me.
They were excellent they gave me good and Professional Service ther was one worker there in particular named Camilla who made sure that I did not pull out without making sure all of my needs were met , Camila made sure I knew what day did come back for whatever I need to have check on my car she even offered me a bottle of water I could not believe that I am so glad Raleigh and put this place here finally being a woman I found some good service for my car I will recommend to everybody because of Camilla let me not forget the rest of the staff was pretty cool too
