5 minute oil change on Walnut and Garland road but Kroger shopping center Hill they are very respectful young men's very skilled I've been going that long time for my oil change and check my fuel and my inspection stuff The only thing I don't like about the 5 minute oil change they rotate people like they changing clothes but that's not something we can help as a public but I do love the young men's they take care of me I don't know how to read my stick for my oil so they have to look at it when I think it I'm running low on but they said Ms Jenkins you just fine
Had a great experience at this location… Chaz was great and very knowledgeable about oil changes and everything pertaining to my vehicle that I needed… His employees were great as well and not only did they just provide my car services we laughed and joked definitely a great time and this was my first time coming to this location as I just moved from Houston so I definitely will be returning to see these guys in the near future
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The guys were very helpful and kind from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident about the services my car needed. I got my coolant flushed and oil changed, and I honestly feel so much better about my car’s health now.
Chaz was super knowledgeable about my car’s engine, and was super cool to chat with while my payment processed. I had an expired QR coupon thingy, and Chaz was cool enough to front me a discount code for the same amount so I didn’t break the bank. Stephen was super duper quick with everything , which was honestly a shame because we were all lowkey vibing while Chaz did a look-over lol. Both these chaps were exceptionally professional: 10/10 service, give these mens a raise!
Chaz here at take 5 is the GOAT . Not only was he completely slammed . 2 cars in front of me 7 behind me before I ever hit the bay, he managed to do it all from start to finish with grace and professionalism , he was appearantly training 2 new employees all at the same time. He walked them through things step by step with patience I've never seen without ever slowing down or dimming his performance. He even took the time to answer a few questions I had about general maintenance and explained the ins and outs of the possibilities . Even tho I know he was super busy and ready to be don't for the day he never made me feel like my questions were silly or of any inconvenience. Somebody give this man a raise , or at least a paid vacation !
