I had an excellent experience at Take 5 yesterday! Kudos to Jovaris and entire team! From the moment I pulled up, the service was quick, professional, and extremely well organized. The team was knowledgeable, communicated every step of the process, and made sure I understood exactly what my vehicle needed without any pressure.
The attendant Matthew was awesome. I was being annoying with a coupon that wouldn't work and he calmly helped me take care of the situation to ensure I was able to use it. Then he proceeded to pay attention to every detail of my oil change and was able to answer any questions I asked. You can tell he cares and is a very hard worker. I very much appreciate Matthew and his team for the amazing customer service.
I think the name of the person that explained the process and assisted me with setting up the oil change was Gregory. He was courteous and patient with answering all my questions. I haven’t taken a car to be serviced in many years, which albeit true, I don’t think he believed me 😊. I never saw the other guys name, because he was working. The process was quick, and at my request, they checked the other fluids in my vehicle. And I liked that they then showed me where the oil was replenished, and we discussed the radiator flush that I need to put on my to do list. Minus one star for the phone repeatedly being hung up when I was calling before driving there for pricing, because it wasn’t posted.
It was pretty busy when I showed up but Matthew had me in and out of there asap, was very informative, and overall enjoyable. He did a good job coordinating with his coworkers to make sure my vehicle and the other vehicle was getting taken care of in a timely manner.
The guys at Take 5 in Rowlett off Dalrock are amazing! They were knowledgeable, courteous, and super friendly. This is my second time at a Take 5, different location, and they do not fail to impress!
