This was by far one of my best experiences I received at any of your location. James exceed all my expectations. He was extremely nice and professional and a dam good salesman. He informed me of my coolant level being empty and wiper blade conditions. He knew the prices of your competitors and informed me that he could perform the task in less time. While he calculated my service Dalton was busy doing the work. Later the shop manager came over to ask how things was going which so told h the best experience I've seen in my many visit across DFW area. Your Roanoke location seems to have the right people representing your company.

Quick and easy annual vehicle inspection. This was the fourth place I visited in search of a vehicle inspection! I was greeted pleasantly and offered a bottle of water. I did have to wait a brief time for the person ahead of me to complete their oil change. Never had to leave the vehicle. The young men providing the service were very nice and polite. Highly recommend Take 5 for inspection service!

I pulled up and several cars were already in line. What no one knew was a big hog of a truck was getting filters changed. The guys needed a ladder to get up under the hood. They worked as hard as they could. Got 5-6 cars thru while still working on his truck. They offered water when I got there but I already had some. They were all very friendly and efficient. Glad I made the decision to stop there. Had an online coupon and saved me.

It was my first time ever using a quick oil change service for any of my vehicles. But I’m glad I did! Learned a lot from the experience and thankful for the crew. I originally went for an oil change and got a lot more after talking to the manager. Most people would be upset spending more money but I was grateful he doubled checked my radiator coolant! And “It was low! So the manager changed out my antifreeze. Topped off my windshield washer reservoir and flushed the lines. Never had that done. All new experience to me and I enjoyed every minute of it.
