I had a great experience here. The service was quick, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing me, and made the whole process easy.
We went in at 8AM on a Saturday and were in line behind two cars in the bay. We waited maybe 10 minutes while Josh and Matthew finished up with the cars ahead of us. They were both amazing, they communicated not only with us but each other. I was super impressed. They also didn’t try to upsell us on other services so it wasn’t an uncomfortable transaction. We will be back for sure!
I went to get an oil change turns out I overfilled because my oil light came on and I thought I was low lol but I overfilled it and came to this take 5 and the manager whose name is Hayden was so great his customer service was exceptional and I didn’t get the other guys name who did the oil change, but he was great as well and I really do appreciate good service. I will definitely be coming back especially with the kind of take charger customer service Hayden gave. Was literally in and out in less than 20 mins or so.
Pretty decent service here, they recommended a coolant flush and from reading the other reviews I think they just blanket try to upsell that on every car. Even if you need it, don’t do it here go to a different shop. Surprisingly, they did not want to change my engine air filter. Pro tip is to bring your own filter and oil, I don’t trust the filters and oil they use.
Very very professional service… Both of the young men there gave me their honest assessment… They did not have the velocity of the oil that I needed to put in my 70 year-old truck… They could’ve taken advantage of me and I would’ve never known… Highly recommend this location honesty and integrity came first
