We came here to get an oil change. We usually go to the dealership and sit for a couple hrs.
I had such a great experience at Take 5 oil change, but I genuinely wanted to take a moment to recognize the two technicians, Hayden and Hayden [lol yes there are 2 of them with the same exact spelling! ]. Not only were they incredibly efficient, professional and kind, but they were SUPER understanding of what i had budgeted for and worked w me to get what i needed while listening to my budgeting needs!! Most car places would not do this for me! This level of patience and understanding definitely stands out, and can't be forgotten.
Recently had my first visit at this location 5200 (Golden Triangle in Keller). Upon my arrival only 2 young men where working (Damon and I believe the other was Tim). These young men were patient, professional, and courteous. Shortly after a third young man (Maddox) got there and jumped right to help with the other vehicles in bay. These 3 young men may have been between 16-20 or 21. In today's world it was refreshing to have such professional service. This will now been my home store. Thank you 3 young men.
It is so easy for us to point out what went wrong when we visit a car service. We hear a lot of stories where the old lady was taken advantage by the mean mechanic. There are so many instances of this. This is why it is super important and I feel a moral obligation to tell you about an incredible experience I had at Take 5 Oil Change. My car displayed (ADD ENGINE OIL SOON). That is not a message that you want to see. So I drove to this location. At first Nina told me that I had a leak but would confirm it with her manager (Will). Will is the hero in this story. Will approached with a quiet confidence in his job. He explained exactly what was happening. The best part of it was that Will really seemed to care to help me out. Without getting into details he made the experience really comfortable. He was highly competent, knowledgeable and most importantly an every man. If you are in the area, don't go to Firestone, but go to Take 5, where they care.
I went to get my car State Inspection done and they were really busy as well as doing oil changes. The staff would come out to the cars in line waiting and apologizing for the wait time and appreciated us for being patient.
