Came in sunday the 3rd at 7ish and didnt know they werent open yet because I came as i had puddles under my car from doing a service here recently. a store manager named Lj came up to me and checked everything under me hood to make sure and helped me identify where everything was coming from! I was not aware that i have a bad power steering hose spewing fluid everywhere and he helped me find a trustworthy mechanic. I have never had such excellent customer service and he helped explain and even showed me what to look for in my car! He was such a helpful young man

I didn’t catch the guys name while there on Thursday 4/30 but he was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. He explained every service offered and was very friendly and helpful when it came to my budget. This was my 2nd time to use take5 for an oil change, I will DEFINITELY use your company again for all of my oil changes. Thank you for great customer service

I'm sorry, I did not reply yesterday. I had several grandchildren at my house. The young lady who took care of me and the manager who helped to we're beyond excellent. It was a very pleasant valentine's day for me and the work I got did there was done for my valentine's gift to myself l o l. I\nCould not be more impressed with people than I was that day and I wanna thank you.There were 3 people that took care of me.The manager, the assistant manager and a young man who's 1st day.It was and they were all exceptional.

I work in customer service myself, so I definitely understand what it means to be willing to serve those that essentially help provide the work that you do. I had come to this location for a second opinion on a top off after I was told that my engine was full, even though I had a strong feeling that it was not on 2/6. I continue to drive my car on 2/7 and that worry some feeling continued to grow so I went ahead and brought my car into the take five here in North Richland Hills on roof Snow Drive. Kory the lead tech let me know that my car was bone dry in regards to the oil. He filled me up and let me know he would encourage that I come to this location in the future. Even though it is a little bit of a drive I’m willing to drive for good customer service. I always have a pleasant experience here at this location. I have never have any complaints.

I had the most wonderful experience having service, oilchange and wipers change. They are marvelous in the work they do.I didn't even have to get out of my car.I am very pleased with the work I had done to my Jeep today Thank You guys .I will come for another oil change!!!
