Oil Change in Helotes TX 78023 - Take 5 #197

Absolutely wonderful service! The gentleman that worked there are all very competent and friendly. I would not hesitate to go again for oil change, state inspection, or anything else that they do there! Thanks guys 🥰

I pulled into Take 5 and was instantly greeted by Zane with a bottle of cold water. He was such a nice man. He told me to pull in the first bay. Then here comes Gabriel, he too was so polite and informative. They made my visit a very pleasant one. I just sat in my car watching how they interacted with each other. A+ all the way around. I used to manage 4 salons. I always told my staff to be top notch because while people waited to be called back, all eyes were on them. So yeah, I was more than pleased to see what I saw! See ya next time Take 5!

I had a wonderful experience at Take 5 on Bandera Rd. in Helotes! I was able to stay in my vehicle while it was being serviced. I was immediately greeted with a cold bottle of water upon my arrival. Most importantly, I appreciated that Zane made sure to patiently and thoroughly explain some additional services and parts that needed replacement. I felt the price was very reasonable considering all of the parts and labor that were needed during my visit. I will definitely return!

I waited an hour and 20 minutes before even pulling into the bay. I was extremely frustrated and was greeted by Zane. We started off rough due to my frustration on the wait. As we spoke and moved into the service he kept me updated on my wait time, was honest and open with service needed and even spoke with my husband on the phone. He exceeded my expectations and made the looong wait a little more bearable. Even though I was frustrated with the wait time, Zane smiled through it and they got the job done!

Even though I chose to visit the Bandera location on President’s Day, there was only one car in front of me. However, that car was a rental that needed approval from the company, so I ended up waiting over 45 minutes. That aside, the technician was extremely apologetic, listened to my request, and completed my oil change in about 10 minutes. I like the Bandera location because it’s a little “hidden” and every technician who’s helped me has been exceptionally helpful. I went about a month ago just to have new wiper blades installed (which I purchased elsewhere), and they just popped them on and sent me on my way (no charge). The same technician helped me this time and we laughed about how confusing the wiper blades actually were. They are all quality at the Bandera location!! Highly recommend!!
