Oil Change Service Shaenfield Rd

I can't speak highly enough of my recent experience at the Take 5 Oil Change (Store #633) at Shaenfield / Galm in San Antonio, TX. Christian and Ethan were awesome "ambassadors" to the Take 5 company---welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, AND safety-minded. They worked well together as a team, and it was cool to see how the communicated throughout the process. The service was comprehensive, and all of my vehicle's needs (and then some!) were addressed. It was also very efficient...just as advertised! I really appreciate their expertise and customer service; I will definitely be a return customer! Oh, and the military discount was the cherry on top. 10/10 recommend this Take 5 location and their on-duty crew this weekend. Thanks, fellas!

I've been going to quick 5 in helotas with with ethan for over 5 years. My man is running the new locación on shaenfield. Just had a great conversation with him. Let's support our peeps. Great service, quick in and out and he's going to shoot you straight. I'll be coming back soon with my audi for another change, and they have all the new toys to drain out the old oil with out having to mix with the old. Plus they'll refill your washer fluid. Keep at it my man! You're the reason I come back, im glad you're closer.

Ethan, the technician, took care of everything and was polite and professional from start to finish. Chelsea, the manager, stepped in and made sure I was able to get the filter I needed from across the street, which I really appreciated. The whole team operated with the efficiency of an In-N-Out, with clear closed-loop communication and obvious respect for safety. Very transparent service and a genuinely great experience at Take 5.

Loved my experience here! Everyone was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was greeted very warmly and offered a cold water right when I pulled in. They explained everything that I needed to get done since it had been a while since I’ve had a service done. I ended up getting new windshield wipers, oil change, cabin air filter, and fluids topped off. I will definitely be coming back, this is my new go to shop. (:

The young men were great! Very polite, and knowledgeable! Loved having a cold water when I pulled in! I was very thankful this new location is conveniently close and open till 8, since I only had one day to get all my errands done. I did go with the hybrid synthetic oil, which was very expensive, and the filters were quite expensive as well, won't make those 2 mistakes again! I'll buy and install the filters myself...The bill was $210.00 🙄🤯
