It was a slightly rainy day so not a lot of people out and about getting a oil change which made the line to the bay shorter. Service members always welcoming those in line with a bottle of water and a friendly hello. Once in the bay tech explains any specials and what oil that is recommended for your vehicle. Once the service has been selected by customer the service techs get busy and before you know it they are finished and you are ready to go. I've always had great service with courteous friendly people.
I showed up around 9:30 on a Monday and I was the only person there which was surprising. It was the fastest oil change I've ever gotten. I was seriously done in under 5 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and topped off my fluids and wiped off my front windshield. I felt like it was a nascar pit crew I couldn't believe how insanely quick it was. My only minor gripe would be that I bring my own oil and it's still $60 but overall I'm still very impressed.
The staff at the Boerne Take 5 were very knowledgeable, helpful, energetic, and kind. I had my oil changed in the middle of the day on a Friday and it was pretty busy when I pulled in. I was in no rush, so it didn’t bother me. However, a staff member came around twice to every car asking if we were doing ok, offered a bottle of water, and apologized for the long wait. Great customer service!

The technician was very attentive I arrived at the Borrne Take 5 just before closing time they performed the oil change quickly but with all attention that I have come to expect from this business I have a new vehicle and they helped me locate the oil change reset in the computer. You won't find a better place to have you vehicle oil changed or serviced in any way.
