I hate having to interact with the employees when getting my oil changed and them usually trying to upsell something. Today was very different. Had the BEST, most smooth experience we have ever had getting an oil change. Trent was the name of the staff member who helped us. He was polite and to the point. Only gave us what we asked for but also explained everything without any pressure. We were in and out in no time. Thank you Alvin and Trent. Highly recommend
2 Very polite gentleman that explained everything to me and offered me promotions. Once I took my truck to a cheaper place and installed oil filter with clamps and damaged it. About a month later car heat needle started to go up . I took it to an AutoZone and agent told me car being slowly leaking . Took it to a mechanic and yes. Filter was damaged. My car motor could have died! .
Always great service , excellent prices . I have a diesel , and this place is my go to for affordable service . Dealerships are ridiculous prices .. they never sell me something I don’t need , they’re honest and always show me the oil color or if something is truly needed or not . Woman approved
Fantastic experience! I arrived shortly after they opened to have my oil changed before work. Nice staff, Ethan & Zo were helpful and had me on my way in no time. I will absolutely be coming back for my oil changes. I asked the price, understood what to expect, and left paying the price quoted.
It was quick easy and the technician was fantastic. There was a guy with an RV that had a trailer that would not fit through the bay. All the guys got together, helped unhook the trailer move it out of the way and got him out and re-hooked up. They go above and beyond
