Oil Change in Pearland, TX at Take 5 #686

I managed to arrive shortly after opening. I was ushered in for an oil change and state inspection. The two technicians on duty was very attentive and quick. My only hang up of any of these types of places is their upselling practices. I don’t fault the employees as they are only doing their job. But it’s pretty annoying to say the least. However, it didn’t take away from my experience at this location. I’ve been fortunate enough to have visited quite a few of their locations around Texas. This one was in my top five for the reasons stayed above. Awesome job guys!

Went in to get my inspection, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love this place because most inspection places require for you to get out of your car, but at take 5 you are allowed to stay in your vehicle while they inspect it. To top it off, they are very efficient with their time, they were able to get me on my way in the span of 20 minutes or less. Highly recommend take 5 for your inspection needs!

Excellent service provided by all technicians. The technician that assisted me directly was courteous , well knowledged in all area and able to answer all my questions while providing well detailed information. I commend this young man for his level of professionalism. I plan to return to this specific Take 5 location for all my future needs. I will be sending referrals as well with hope they have the opportunity to be assisted by the same technician that handled my transaction. This young man deserves additional compensation for his expertise while representing Take 5.

I was greeted by Jesse and Marcos guided me into the bay. Both gentlemen were polite and helpful. Jesse gave me an idea of the cost before I entered the bay. Marcos gave me the complete pricing after I pulled into the bay. Marcos explained the checks they performed on my car, such as wiper quality, filters, and fluid levels. I was told all areas seemed to be in good condition. Neither Marcos nor Jesse pressed me into additional work. I was in and out around 10 minutes. I plan on returning, especially since I was given a 25% off coupon on Take 5 website.

I had a awesome experience at the pearland location! !! They were fast, professional and gave excellent customer service!! The manager was great and the other employee was awesome to! I definitely recommend this location!!! Unfortunately I can not remember there name but both of the employees were #1 I definitely will be returning to this location!!!!!
