Oil Change in League City, TX at Take 5 #565

Quick and friendly. The young men working last time I brought our car in for inspection were very sociable and they always offer a water (even if the inspections person was gone for the day and you have to come back ;) at least you have a cold water for the drive home.) I don't feel like they are overly pushy about up-selling things like new air filters. They will ask (its part of the job!!) but I've never had someone not take no for an answer here. I also can consistently get someone on the phone when I call to see about inspection availability etc, some businesses just let the phone ring forever. Literally exactly what you should expect for a quick car service shop.

Arrived on a beautiful Sunday and the place was clean and organized. I was greeted cheerfully by Eric. I asked for a quick oil change but didn't realize Take 5 offered other services until Eric and Victor offered me these services and how they would affect my car as well as the maintenance schedule I should follow. HOW REFRESHING to have REAL car guys who genuinely want my car to run smoothly. My son and I were offered water while our services were performed. I pursued the opportunity to have my oil change, cabin air filter replaced (MINE WAS EMBARRASSINGLY DIRTY 😅) and completed the coolant exchange. Victor and Eric were quick and so kind to explain everything professionally and in terms I could understand. I saw as these two worked TOGETHER as a TEAM on the car before me and mine as well. It felt great to see that and to have the work inspected by a second pair of eyes. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the services I purchased and the fantastic customer service I received. Felt a little warm inside about my experience that I called my daughter to brag about Eric and Victor. Please give these two guys a raise and promotion don't lose these two valuable employees they will take this location far into a successful future! I recommend this location 10/10 and will be back!!

I am an Ohio to Texas transplant. This was my second visit, my first being a vehicle inspection. I cannot describe the sense of professionalism, kindness, knowledge and overall helpfulness that the entire team here has. Though I feel the prices are a bit much, having 21 years of administrative experience, customer service means more to me than paying a couple extra bucks. I definitely will be returning to this League City store. I was recommended by my son-in-law to check this store out as this is where they go for oil changes.

Big shout out to the team that was on Saturday, not trying to get anyone in trouble but they were able to help out with getting me wippers cheaper since I really needed them and now that it's raining it makes a huge difference. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me when they were doing recommendations and taught me a thing or two about my car! Would definitely go back!
