First time going to a take 5 not only did they do a outstanding job with checking tires refills on my fluids the water while you wait the store manager Will was very informative and helpful as well as the Mike going above and beyond to make sure my car was safe on the road I will never go anywhere else top tier customer service
Showed up 30 minutes before they opened at 6:30 in the morning The crew was nice enough to put my tires up for me so I wasn't even later for work The temperature was 1° outside and they did it with a great attitude That's what I call well-trained employees and great customer service thanks guys
Excellent service from Will and his crew at the 5054 Delhi Rd location in Cincinnati. I’m from out of town and they treated me like family AND helped me take advantage of the Military Discount. Even thanked me for my service. I received a bottled water while they worked, which was super fast, tips on what I may need to consider doing in the future WITHOUT high pressure to do it NOW!! And they all seemed to be in sync with one another. They knew what they each needed to do and it all flowed quickly and seamlessly. Thanks guys!!! I’d give more stars if I could!
I cannot remember all the names here but all the boys did excellent! The dark skinned gentlemen was absolutely amazing and making sure everything i came for was getting done, checked my air filter and gave me an air freshener for 25 off. Ricky i think is name was (could be wrong) this one was a bit younger and asked me how my service was before guiding me out. Said he was very happy that i decided to switch from valvoline to them. Unfortunately i wont be living in this area for too much longer however if i am ever in the area i will be stopping by this location. They are so amazing. 🩵🩵
My experience was great, I’m a first time customer and Mike went above and beyond to help me! I came into the location on 7/19/2025 to get two air filters. This location had 1 of the two but Mike made sure I got what I needed by calling autozone to get me the air filter. He also let me know that I could come back and he would put it in for me as autozone doesn’t offer those services. When I returned not only did he put the air filter in, I let him know my air wasn’t working properly but I had Freon I just didn’t know how to put it in he handled that for me as well. I normally go to valvoline but I was in the area so I stopped in and I’m happy I did. Let’s just say volvoline has lost a customer! Thanks Mike.
