I received a oil change because my car was ticking but yet had oil life left, they did an overall check on my engine they found that I had no antifreeze in my engine, they told me it was nothing but water, I have been going to Valvoline for the last 5 years for my oil changes and they never once mentioned this to me, I was very shocked, angry, and surprised that this had happened to my car under their care, my car was running really bad for a long time because of the missing antifreeze, I really don't know now what the the long term effects will be, I am just very grateful that I went to this 5 minute oil change when I did, I want to say that these guys saved me from the loss of my car, they were very professional and informative about what they were doing, they truly saved me a lot of money, and I I'm very grateful that they were there when they were, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

Curtis helped us with the most economical solution to our issue and then when we were getting the oil change done, he actually diagnosed the problem and gave us a recommendation as to next steps in potentially fixing it. From the time we pulled into the location, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Curtis (Frenchie) made sure we knew what was going on and explained all of our options to us. My car had been overheating issues and they recommended the coolant flush after doing a test and that fixed the problem. Because of the unexpected expense, they explained all of the payment options to us which made it possible to afford all of the things we needed.
