When pulling on the lot, someone always makes eye contact with me. Let me know they see me.
Great team! They all work well and effectively together. Initial the young lady that guided me into the shop smelled and addressed an issue with my coolant leak. Just old coolant needing to be removed as it was breaking down. The got me in and out in about thirty minutes. Oil change and coolant flush in thirty minutes is not bad timing at all by my estimation!
Staff went above and beyond what they were equipped to handle. PJ made sure that my fuel filter was not going to start leaking because it was determined that the previous Manager Dillon and Billy screwed up the filter change at my previous service. The owner, Asst Manager, and PJ made sure everything was repaired this time around at 110%.
They did it again! I rarely leave a review. I never leave a second review, but these guys are simply rock stars. I am seriously impressed. I went to Erlanger store, #0266 on February 7th. Rajon , greets me with a huge warm smile and a bottle of water as I pull in the lot, totally ready for the disaster I’m about to present. They get my mileage and guide me into the shop seamlessly. Kyle, PJ, and Dalton are in the shop as well, wearing smiles. I think the thing I like the most is the amazing customer service. A+ guys…
I always have a great experience at Take5 on Donaldson (this location specifically). They are fast and friendly, always explain what they are doing and have never been too pushy with the “sales” aspect. I’ve been going here a little over a year now and don’t see myself switching anytime soon :)
