Excellent hospitality to their customers while they wait! They acknowledge the time you choose to give their business, and make it priority to show their appreciation! Everyone is offered water as soon as they roll in, or appear in line. If a customer is kept waiting longer than the promised/expected time, discounts or some measure is given. They check all of your fluids, tire pressure, even engine filter, and after your initial service is completed, they even clean your windshield for you!
I just want to give a huge shout‑out to the entire team at Take 5 on Rogers Rd in Wake Forest. Every visit, the staff provides excellent customer service and makes the process quick and easy.
Great teamwork; I Was well served, and this time my car did not leak oil after the service as experienced at a previous take five where the manager never got back to me about a reimbursement after I had to take my car in to get it repaired someplace else. I did not think that I would come back to take five but I am happy with the supervisor/manager and staff this location in Wake Forest versus the other one in North Raleigh (I will not return to that one).
The 2 gentlemen who worked closing on 4/20/2026 were amazingly professional. I arrived 40 minutes before closing with 5 vehicles in front of me, the gentleman treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. They made sure I was comfortable and assured that they would take care of my service, and they did just that. I always recommend the Wake Forest location no matter who I’m speaking with or their location
Truly, pleasantly surprised at the service and professionalism. Very thorough, quick, and they are fairer than dealerships and most other places. Well worth coming here to save time and money while getting treated like a valued customer instead of a cash cow. Definitely recommend you trying this gem next door to Dunkin. And compared to having hubby find the time, pay for oil and filter, then effort to do it, it is worth the little extra money. Take 5 makes it make sense. Change of pace today! Give out a try...
