I normally go to valvoline. However, I saw “take 5” Was closer to my house and decided to give them a try. Firstly the shop is inside a parking lot and doesn’t spill you out right onto a road once your service is complete.The boys running the shop were very friendly, nice, and were also very quick And efficient. It was a great experience and a super help. I was taking my daughter to get their oil done at the same time as mine and it just saved us so much time to have the guys do it for us. Thank you we will be coming here from now on.
First time here as I moved to the area. The manager or manager on duty was training a new associate. Wow! The level of professionalism and customer service was incredible! They gained a customer for life. I had an 8hr drive to KY and he made sure my car was ready to go. Even gave me a water to drink as I waited. Small touches like that are often lost.
I’m a repeat customer at this location for my oil changes. The staff are always friendly and incredibly fast. Most recently Rae, Brandon, and Chase were my service team. I cannot say enough good things about them, especially Rae. They all brightened my day immensely but Rae really went above and beyond to make a personal connection and I really did feel like a valued customer. Really wonderful service team, keep up the great work.
They're good. Went for an oil change. They work quick. They will try to up sell some other services but they aren't pushy, and that's pretty that's par for the course on an oil change. Their rates are fair.
First time I ever visited Take 5. My daughter and I went to get a oil change for her car. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back for such great service. Take 5 is definitely a great choice!!!
