I have preferred and enjoyed coming to this store and location over the years, rather than Jiffy Lube. The mechanics care about the customer and are not out to screw you over. I came for an oil change during a Hurricanes promotion so it was really busy but there was 3 servicemen for 3 available lanes. I couldn’t help but think they were tired and overworked, given the work load. I usually never have to wait too long but that visit lasted for over an hour and fifteen minutes. I will still always support Take 5 but I hope they are staffing each location to the best of their abilities because they can get really busy during lunch hours and people are driving more than ever this time of year
This was my first visit at Take 5 oil change, as soon as I pulled up I was greeted with a smile, bottle of water and professionalism . .the guys were friendly , knowledgeable and very attentive. I went for an oil change and I liked the idea of sitting in my car while the services are being performed. The guys were amazing and I will definitely be going back to this location ( Creedmoor Rd , Raleigh)

2/19/26 Slightly after 2 PM I am exceptionally cautious as to who I allow to work on my car and make no apologies for it, lol! This is the only Take 5 that consistently employs the expectations/promises of the company, as it relates to PROFESSIONALISM and EFFICIENCY: summed up: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!
I had a great experience getting my oil change here. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the pricing was very fair. It’s nice to find a place you can trust with your car. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would recommend them to anyone looking for quick, honest, and reliable auto care!
