Noah and the guys were great! They changed my oil and checked the tires and the air filters and...gave my dog a treat!! I have never been treated so nicely and I so admired their attention to safety checks! I had never been anywhere that the service was completed and checked by another employee to see that it was done and that nothing was forgotten!
Efficient, pleasant staff. Offered a bottle of water when I drove in to the bay. Notified me that my last mechanic had not completely inserted the oil dipstick at previous oil change. Offered to lower prices on air filter and cabin air filter when I said I would change them myself. Finished the oil change quickly, topped off fluids, and cleaned my windshield.
Very professional staff. Although it was really fast, it did take longer than five minutes, but less than ten...maybe.
The shop was down to only 2 employees where I usually see at least 4 employees in the past. Those 2 did a great job in everyway possible. Of course I had to wait much longer than usual to complete the service but with only 2 people I couldn’t ask for a better experience
The gentleman (Vince & Skyler) that work there are very professional! They explain in detail what they're doing and give clear direction. Excellent communication, craftsmanship and customer service! I will use them for future needs! A++
