Super nice! !! All the folks were wonderful. I am terrible with names but I had the opportunity to speak to everyone. They replaced my leaking drain plug gasket. Just something simple as that is respect for me. I am a Disabled Veteran and I was a certified diesel mechanic. I can’t do all the stuff now so I have to rely on competent service. Your whole crew in Shallotte, NC! Most excellent bunch and they all seemed very happy I was impressed. Another note I used Valvoline Wuicj Stop in VT. I moved to NC 6 months ago. I hope all of your crews are this happy, knowledgeable, and happy. Thank you I will be back!!
I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. Even though they were clearly short-handed, the two gentlemen working handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. They kept the process moving quickly without cutting corners, and their attitude stayed positive the entire time. It’s not easy to maintain that level of service under pressure, but they made it look effortless. Definitely appreciate the hard work and would come back again. 👏🚗
Chloe and Junior make a dynamic team. They listen, they know what they're talking about and they give you answers in a way you can understand. I have a V6 full synthetic SUV. I paid $200 less then the last oil change and it literally took about five or six minutes (Fast Eddie took so long they should have served lunch) and they gave me a bottle of water!!!!! Big-ups to Chloe and Junior.
I return to Take 5 because every visit is predictable and consistent. This past experience was great, but a bit different than the traditional visit. The oil change went great, but there was a push for a coolant flush. I’m about 30k miles from a recommended flush, so I’m unsure if their gauge was broken or rigged. They also neglected to check tire pressure.
They were, quick, efficient, explained my options clearly, opened the new filter in front of me, and topped off my window fluid and washed my window. Full synthetic oil change. Checked air filter and advised ready at next change
