All the guys were great Ayden, Andrew, dude with broken fingers, and the other guys listed on the receipt. 👨🏽💼👩🏻💼🧑🏿💼HEY CORPORATE at Take 5. The whole place, all the guys at the store were kind, professional, friendly, across all 3 bays, all of the guys were this way. Whatever you give to people, these people deserve it. If you don’t have one, a. Come on man….. B. I saved you time by finding you the first. The Take 5 team at the Leland NC location did a wonderful job taking care of my automobile. They were professional, efficient and made use of their time while not taking up a lot of my time. They explained everything to me every step of the way. They even took care of my dog with doggy treats. I highly recommend this team and this location. You won’t be disappointed.
A wonderful 1st experience and will be my new place for an oil change. I was greeted with a bottle of water and a smile and got me in a.s.a.p. They were completely honest with me that I had an oil leak and recommended a shop to me that wouldn't charge for an inspection. Since I waited 20 minutes (they told me it would be this long) they made sure to atleast check my tire pressure, fill my windshield wiper fluid and make sure I had oil in my engine free of charge since I had to wait. Very friendly and I truly appreciate the honesty especially since so many mechanics try so many scandalous tactics on woman. So in a nutshell. I highly recommend their services!
These boys took me in last minute after working hard on a few other cars before me. I really needed to get an oil change before my long distance trip the following morning and they were kind enough to squeeze me in before closing. I really appreciate Zach and Drew for helping me out! I highly recommend this place. Great service all around for sure!
The two guys that worked on the car were Super friendly, communicated with each other, not enough to where I could hear everything going on and confirmed everything they were doing twice, maybe more. The service was really quick as well. Exactly what I want from an oil change- In-N-Out.
