Reagan was the person in charge and she made sure everything was taken care of. He pulled up my previous record and informed me when I had to have my filters and other information. I really appreciated the honesty when they looked at different things.. It’s wonderful to be able to go to a business and know they’re not just trying to make money off of you and nickel and dime you for everything. I enjoy going to Take Five oil change and I am a returning customer and will keep returning with the good quick service I receive each time

The servive was excellent. Everyone was very cordial and very professional. I was greated when I first droved up and even given a bottle of water. They asked me what I wanted. However during the process they suggested that I needed some filter changed and show me how dirty the one I had. They also top off my coolants.

I spoke with Josh, Landon and Ison. All 3 worked on my car. Explained everything to me. I ended up getting an oil change, air filter and a cabin filter. I didn't really know the difference between the oil changes. So I asked Landon to pick the best one for my car. Now he could have sold me the most expensive one. But he didn't. He sold me the $89 service. Because my car had low mileage he said it was the best choice. They were all friendly and kind. They even had dog treats for my baby dog. They sure my tires and fluids were topped off. I will go back there. It was a great experience.

I was referred To Take Five oil change 8175 Fayetteville Rd. Fuquay only 8.8 miles from downtown Raleigh-by a family member I was treated with the upmost respect. They showed me my oil dipstick. I had some issues with my oil maybe having too much oil in from the last place I went. They educated me on when to return. They volunteered to check my air filters, which were really dirty and bad I was able to replace both of them. All three gentlemen said something kind as I waited in my car I did not have to get out of my car and I left feeling very hopeful that my car will run better.And a free Water ….. My cabin filter was really dirty and the last two people I asked to look at it said it was fine. I visibly seeing how bad it was. Thank you Lorenzo my service rep and to the other two men as well kudos definitely an example of a company that cares about their clients.

I am going on a roadtrip and needed to get my oil changed. While I was there the team did a full walkthrough of my vehicle, and informed me that my engine filter needed to be changed, I needed a new back wiper, and my coolant was low (and what Ford recommends for my vehicle). I dealt mainly with Keko (he was amazing!) but Andrew (store manager) and Xavier (manager) stopped by to introduce themselves, made sure my experience was excellent. They were transparent with their pricing, quick, and super friendly. I don’t think anyone could beat the price I paid. It was my first time there and I’ll definitely go back! Thanks guys!
